Tonight and Wednesday

I just want to confirm who's coming this week. I'll be there tonight and am 80% sure I'll be there on Wednesday night.

So, who's in???? So far, I have two (hector and me).

Summer Pickup - here we go

All,

Our summer pickup schedule starts, for most of us, this Monday, 7pm, at CD East (some of you started last Wednesday, I believe). Please let anyone you think might be a fit for our team know so we can try them out at one of these sessions. See you there.

world cup soccer

i wondered if everyone else was as impressed with the italy / germany game as i was. i thought they both played well & the difference was a wonderful save by the italian keeper vs 2 late unstoppable shots by italy once everyone was tired & the field opened up. i'm looking forward to sunday's final & what i perceive as the stronger team of italy can stop the more singular brilliance of zidane. i didn't see yesterday's game but sounded like it wasn't as exciting & perhaps decided by yet another questionable call by a ref. if italy wins the u.s. can take some consolation in the fact that the would be the only team that italy played that italy didn't beat & they did that being a man down.

Pickup Schedule

All - I've talked with a few people who are confused as to when we're starting our summer pickup schedule. In an earlier post, I mentioned this Wednesday, July 5 as the starting time.
However, since some of the regulars will be absent, let's start on Monday, July 10 at 7 at CD East.
Take the week off, enjoy the World Cup semis and final, let those nagging injuries heal up, and see you in a week.
